A four week specialized training progression for ages 8 & up ran month-to-month that caters to a variety of skill levels. Players are placed into training by Ryan Snell, Prime Baseball Training's Director of Catching. Players are based on their current skill level from Player Evaluation or previous months training if already enrolled. Group trainings are 90-minute weekly sessions lead by Ryan Snell. Training covers all areas of catching mechanics: Set Up, Receiving, Blocking, Throwing Mechanics, Improved Pop Times, Video Capture and Analytical Feedback. All catching training is ran on an indoor field to give players game like feel as well as being able to train year round without interference of weather. Training also will utilize video and analytical feed back provided by Hittrax.
