Elevating pitching techniques of mechanical sequencing, velocity, strike rate, pitch development, arm care & recovery and agility all alongside a daily throwing program customized and tailored to each player. Trackman, Vald, Force Decks, ROM assessment and video capture + breakdown utilized to track, compare & help set weekly goals.

Focusing on proper fundamental mechanics and techniques of the defensive game with primary focus on infielding. Enhancement of footwork, body control, glove work, receiving, transfer/throwing and live repetitions. Training exercised on an indoor climate-controlled infield.

Personal learning checklists embodied in our progression based program includes corrections in stance, positive move, negative move, ground force, launch position and more. Program reaches areas of barrel control, power, core strength, situation hitting, bat speed and more included with monthly analytical and video feedback provided by HitTrax.

Covering all areas of catching mechanics: Set Up, Receiving, Blocking, Throwing Mechanics, Improved Pop Times with Video Capture and Analytical Feedback via HitTrax.
